Creating your flagship impact program

You want to do
good things.
Let’s make them happen.

The resources you invest can create lasting change in the places and with the people who matter most to your mission. Thoughtful program design gives that commitment a practical expression, and your organization something to be proud of.

For a business, that might mean investing in the people and ecosystems within its supply chain. For a foundation, it could mean an elegant grantmaking process paired with capacity building that helps community leaders put their ideas into practice.

I work with you to give these ambitions shape, designing programs around the people they serve and the change you want to make possible. Together, we work through how the program will operate, what participants need to succeed, and how your investment can support their work over time.

Experience across borders

Grounded in place.
Connected across the world.

I’ve built programs with people and organizations across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Each place brings its own knowledge, relationships, and possibilities to the work.

Ways to work together

Build to scale
your impact.

Start where you are. We’ll shape an engagement around what your program needs next.

01 / CONCEPT

Shape the idea.

Clarify the purpose, listen to the people involved, and explore what is possible. Turn an initial vision into a focused program concept.

A clear concept, shared priorities, and a defined scope.

02 / DESIGN

Design the program.

Turn your purpose into a program people can put into practice. Shape the participant experience, define partnerships and delivery, and develop the resources and ways of working your team will need to bring it to life.

A program design and a practical implementation plan.

03 / IMPLEMENTATION

Bring it to life.

Work alongside your team through a defined launch phase. Test the design, learn from feedback, and prepare the people who will carry it forward.

A supported launch and a thoughtful handoff.

04 / STORYTELLING

Share the impact.

Partner with your communications and marketing teams to share the program’s impact with the world. Bring the design intent, participant perspectives, and what the program is learning into stories grounded in the work.

A storytelling partnership connecting program experience with communications.

School & learning design

What’s your
vision for
learning?

Your vision for a school begins with what you believe young people deserve: room to explore, a sense of belonging, meaningful challenges, and opportunities to contribute. The design work turns those beliefs into the daily experience of learning - from the questions students investigate to the relationships they build and the role they play in their communities.

I work with school founders and educators to design new schools and rethink existing learning programs. Together, we translate an educational philosophy into curriculum, learning experiences, and teaching practices that educators can put into use.

My approach connects learning to place, ecology, and the questions young people care about. Educator development is part of that design, giving teachers the preparation and confidence to bring the vision to life.

Earthbound’s Founder and Program Architect

Sarita Pockell

For over 20 years, I’ve designed programs and learning experiences with mission-driven organizations. My work spans global leadership programs, partnerships with businesses, and community-based initiatives.

I work with businesses and foundations to turn their commitments into programs that create the change they want to see in the world. That means connecting an organization’s ambitions with the priorities of the people and places at the heart of its work. It often means designing with founders and teams one day and working on the ground in rural communities the next.

School design is also an important part of my work. I partner with founders and educators to translate their vision into a learning model, curriculum, and practices that teachers can bring to life.

I bring imagination, systems thinking, and practical experience building and leading international program teams. I enjoy working through the big questions and the details: what a program could make possible, how it will work, and who and what it needs to succeed. Together, we can build thoughtful ways to track progress, learn from the work, and share its impact with the world.
